Our History
Compensation Strategies is an experienced provider of executive and director compensation consulting services located in Bannockburn, Illinois. The firm was founded in 2002 with a desire to meet the needs of a continually changing landscape in executive compensation. Since our founding, Compensation Strategies has brought our experience and focus to each client we serve.
Our four principals have worked together for approximately 30 years and bring many decades of collective experience in compensation consulting experience to each client relationship. Over the last seventeen years we have worked with over 100 clients, many of whom were with us from the start and remain clients to this day.
